Simple Steps: to create a D drive on server

1. Right click on the computer in the left list ->Manage
2. After opening the Service Manager, click on Storage ->Disk Management
3. Select drive C, right-click ->Compress Volume
4. Enter the amount of compressed space. Here is an example of creating a 20GB D drive with the following settings:
5. Waiting for the operation to complete, you can see that there is an additional unallocated disk space. Right click on it ->New Simple Volume
6. We found that the drive letter of the D drive has already been occupied by the optical drive, so we need to choose to modify the drive letter of the optical drive to E drive.
7. Then you can specify the drive number for the D drive, click Next, and format it. This completes the operation of creating the D drive partition.
